When will I get my package?
All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days.
Shipping times: 5-7 days in NL & BL
Exceptions:
- If the order is placed on Friday or weekend, it will not be shipped until Monday at the earliest.
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and may delay delivery if the address is incorrect.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs: All orders are shipped for FREE worldwide.
Note: You will receive an order confirmation email when the order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course! In that case, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order is processed, we cannot cancel it or change shipping information. Regardless, please contact us so we can evaluate your case and offer you a solution.
How do I return my product?
