If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Simply contact us at support@maternique.com to initiate the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take pride in ensuring the quality of our products, but we understand that things happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there's a mistake with your item, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions: While most items are eligible for return, there are some exceptions, including personalized products, gift cards and also underwear such as panties or thongs for hygiene reasons. Please review our return policy or reach out to us if you have any questions about specific items.

Exchanges:  The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase separately. This helps expedite the process and minimizes any delays in receiving your new item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account, as processing times may vary.
